ADA Unit
An Americans with Disabilities Act compliant portable restroom, wheelchair accessible with grab bars and ground-level entry.
Blue Deodorizer
The blue chemical added to the holding tank of a porta potty to control odor and break down waste.
Chemical Toilet
Another name for a portable toilet — uses chemicals rather than water to sanitize and mask odor.
Deluxe Flushing Unit
A portable toilet with a foot-pump flush, interior sink, and freshwater tank — a step above the standard unit.
Event Restroom
A porta potty rented for a short-term event such as a wedding, festival, or concert. Typically 1 unit per 50 guests.
Freshwater Tank
The clean water reservoir inside a flushing porta potty used for hand-washing and flushing.
Grey Water
Waste water from sinks and showers (not toilets). Must be pumped and disposed of legally.
Holding Tank
The sealed waste tank inside a portable restroom, typically 60–70 gallons.
High-Rise Unit
A porta potty specifically designed to be lifted by crane onto upper floors of a construction project.
Job-Site Toilet
A standard construction porta potty rented weekly or monthly for work crews.
Luxury Trailer
A towable restroom trailer with flushing toilets, sinks, A/C, and premium finishes — used for weddings and upscale events.
OSHA Compliance
Federal standard requiring at least one toilet for every 20 construction workers on site.
Pump-Out
The scheduled service where a vacuum truck empties the porta potty holding tank.
Restroom Trailer
A multi-stall trailer providing higher-end restroom facilities for events.
Sanitation Service
The regular cleaning, restocking, and pump-out of a portable restroom.
Standard Unit
The basic single-stall porta potty — the most common rental for construction and events.
VIP Unit
A premium single porta potty with flushing toilet, sink, and interior lighting.
Wash Station
A portable hand-washing sink with soap, water, and paper towels — required for food service events.
Waste Hauler
The licensed truck and operator who transports porta potty waste to an approved treatment facility.
